Yoga Teacher Training

In 2008, I attained Kryoga Teachers’ Training Course Foundation by Master Kamal (Master Srinivas Suresh Kamal) to earn a profound knowledge of yoga. I worked as a physical therapist at Good Point Clinic, Pattaya, and as a part time private yoga instructor. In 2009, I made my first journey to India to deepen my practice as a practitioner and instructor. I learned Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 1st series with Ajay Kumar in Mysore, India. Ajay taught me how to synchronize breathing with movement - which is at the core of Vinyasa. Upon completion of my teacher-training course, I traveled through India from Mysore (Karnataka) to Bodh Gaya (Bihar) and Rishikesh (Uttarakhan) and through Nepal from Lumbini to Kathmandu. In 2010, I completed another yoga therapy teacher training course in Hyderabad, India with Ritah Khana. After five years of teaching in Thailand, I moved to San Francisco, where I continue intensive Mysore Ashtanga training with Devora Sacks in the Mission.
Massage Therapy Training
I received my massage credentials at the San Francisco School of Massage. I apply my knowledge of Kinesiology, Yoga, and various modes of massage techniques to alleviate muscle pains and to bring about a general feeling of relaxation. I encourage my clients to be active participants in their healing process by sharing ways to take care of their body in everyday life. As a practitioner of massage and yoga, I bring balance and harmony to mind, body, and spirit through a combination of various breathing techniques and my nurturing and therapeutic touch.
Future DPT
My background before coming to live in the US was physical therapy. Besides the love of yoga and body work, I have always desired to continue my education in physical therapy field. I will be attending a doctorate of physical therapy program at Hawaii Pacific University in 2023.
