My aim is to help you create strength, flexibility, inner focus, mental clarity, and energetic balance through the practice of yoga. We will focus on Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a style of yoga that creates a harmonious dance between postures (asanas) and breath (prana). Yoga classes can be held at the comfort of your home, at my home studio, or at outdoor public spaces, such as parks, gardens, rooftops and beaches in San Francisco. Each class will accommodate a large spectrum of practitioner-experience and ability - from beginner to advanced.
